SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING: We offer discounted shipping and only ship in the United States. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Moxie Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
LOCAL PICKUP: We offer free LOCAL PICKUP at our shop during store hours. Orders are usually packaged same day. An email will be sent to the email address on file once your order is ready for pickup.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS: An item is eligible for return if you answer YES to all of the bulleted list below. Please also refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY: We only offer exchanges in-store, not online. All online returns will be refunded in the form of a Moxie Shop gift card that will be issued to the email address on file. ALL IN-STORE PURCHASES MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT IN ORDER TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS, and a physical gift card will be issued to the person making the return.
Local PickUp & In-Store Purchases - All local pickup and in-store purchases have 14 days from the purchase date to return any items. Any orders not picked up within the 14 day timeframe will forfeit the right to return any item from that order.
Shipped Online Orders - The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked on or before 14 days from the order date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 business days to process your return. Items that are returned to us after 14 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will get you taken care of!
FINAL SALE: All sales are final on sale/clearance items, Insider Steals, jewelry, graphic tees, doorbusters, purses, wallets, hats, leggings, bralettes and beanies as well as any items sold at a discount of 20% or more.
